Starlet Starlite
All the stars I see tonight
skin so perfect, smiles so bright.
Everywhere they go, it's such a sight.
Embodiment of the physically perfect
They sparkle while the camera lense flies.
But look closer while you inspect,
there is an emptiness behind their eyes.
"Although they claimed to be wise, they became fools." Rom. 1:22
Their religion is self-serving, making themselves as a god.
Politics, they find the conservative "right" as appalling
Their voices raised loud as they travel the US sod.
But their justification is really just name calling.
A plea I call out to you, Starlet,
to abandon the Hollywood way.
Step out and find a new life in Christ,
It is the begging of knowledge always.
