So Convincing

I haven't been writing like I promised myself I would because I have a cold sniff . I'm even writing "sniff" every time I "sniff" so you can see how really sick I am. I remember when I stayed home sniff from school because I was "sick". Hey! Where did those quote marks come from???

I was really sick...well most of the time. The times I weren't I would feel guilty, so sniff I would try to convince myself that I was sick and I needed to stay home. Isn't it funny how we try to convince ourselves of things, even though we really know that it's not true.

Like: sniff
* reduced fat Oreos will help us lose weight
* New Years resolutions will make us better people
* We need to surpass speed limits to pass someone else
* That we really really did stop at that stop sign sniff
* That we deserve to goof off at work to help relieve stress
* I really need to buy an another pair of shoes (even though I have 5 pairs)

Okay I think that's enough. :)
